A friend of mines has bed bugs he threw his bed out but he’s still seeing them and I want to know what spray he can use to get them out of his room or what exterminator is the best.

Bedbugs are horrible to get rid of.
He should check all of his upholstered furniture for them, and if possible the insides of his walls and under baseboards. He’s probably best off contacting a professional, but sticky paper, neem oil, and rubbing alcohol and said to act as deterrants.
